Groupon Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I redeem my Groupon?
A: Please complete our Online Groupon Redemption Form.
You will receive a response within 24-48 hours. You can select Pick up (see FAQ below for details) or delivery (additional cost – see FAQ below for details). Once your order is complete, you can mark your Groupon ‘used’ when you have received your cupcakes.
Q: When should I place my online redemption order?
A: Early = best! As soon as you know you’d like cupcakes for your family, event or party. With 224 dozen cupcakes sold through this Groupon promotion, we are limited to the number of Groupon orders we can fill on a weekly basis. Please complete the form early, to ensure confirmation of your order.
Q: What flavours can my 12 for 12 Groupon be redeemed for?
A: Any combination of the flavours – for current and seasonal flavours please see Online form for drop down menu of weekly flavour choices (max 3 flavours per dozen)
Most commonly these include:
Double Chocolate
Chocolate Mint
Cookies & Cream
Original Vanilla
and other seasonal varieties!
Other flavours can be requested, but are subject to availability.
Q: What area is eligible for delivery?
A: Delivery can be made throughout the Guelph – Cambridge, K-W region. Contact us for a quote and to confirm if delivery is available to your area.
Q: Where can I pick up my cupcakes?
A: Pick up can be arranged for Saturday mornings at the Aberfoyle or Guelph Farmers’ Markets, or by appointment by made by emailing jacqueline@sweettemptations.ca. For a schedule please see the following links:

Q: Is Delivery available September 9, 10, 17, 18?
A: No. Those who wish to redeem their Groupon on any of the above dates (all delivery dates are subject to availability) must arrange to Pick Up their Groupon. September 10 – Sweet Temptations Cupcakery is at both the Aberfoyle and Guelph Farmers’ Markets, September 17 – at Guelph Farmers’ Market.
